I’m a meditation teacher, coach, and longtime marketer with a background in entrepreneurship and building purpose-driven brands. For over a decade, I led Marketing & PR at Chipotle Mexican Grill, during the brand’s early years. For years, I worked building brands, crafting stories, and leading teams. But after some major life changes, I found myself feeling totally disconnected from who I really was. That launched a deeper journey: I dove into meditation, yoga teacher training, psychedelic retreats, and the life-giving support of Alcoholics Anonymous. Now, I bring both worlds together. My sweet spot is helping people reconnect with their inner truth and take meaningful action—whether they’re stuck personally or professionally.
