Event Guidelines
Imagine an event that combines the excitement of American Idol, the unpredictability of The Price is Right, and the impact of a TED Talk. VoiceQuest Live is a platform designed to celebrate emerging speakers who are ready to share their transformative stories and ideas with the world.
The Selection Process
Participants will be chosen through a pre-event application process. To apply, complete the membership application and select "Participate in VoiceQuest Live", submit a 2-3 minute video showcasing your stage presence and speaking abilities. In your video, focus on the topic you would like to present at VoiceQuest Live. A panel of professional judges will review all submissions to identify individuals who are stage-ready and have a compelling message to share.
From these submissions, 10 exceptional applicants will be selected to speak at the event. However, there’s a twist: the names of the selected speakers will only be revealed during the event itself. When your name is called on stage, it’s your moment to shine!
Presentation Guidelines
Each selected speaker will have 6 minutes to captivate the audience. Your presentation should be motivational, inspiring, and centered on themes of personal or professional growth.
We ask that you avoid the following:
- Political Themes
- Religious Views or Advocacy
- Explicitly Controversial Topics (e.g., divisive social issues or topics that could polarize the audience)
Instead, focus on topics such as:
- Resilience
- Personal growth
- Lessons learned
- Overcoming adversity
- Celebrating uniqueness
The goal is to leave the audience feeling uplifted, motivated, and inspired by your message.

What to Expect
The experience begins with a surprise opening then a short welcome from our founder framing of the afternoon so everyone understands the purpose behind this amazing day.
From there, attendees will move through a series of live speaker sessions presented in different formats, allowing each voice to be experienced in a way that feels natural rather than repetitive.
Throughout the afternoon, guided CONNECT sessions create space for conversation. These moments are intentionally structured so relationships can begin without the pressure of traditional networking.
The experience closes with a hosted happy hour designed to continue the conversations and connections that started earlier in the day. It is relaxed, professional, and meant to feel like an extension of the day.
