They are tired of watching speaker reels and hoping their next speaker is a success.

Event Format

What to Expect

The experience begins with a surprise opening then a short welcome from our founder framing of the afternoon so everyone understands the purpose behind this amazing day.

From there, attendees will move through a series of live speaker sessions presented in different formats, allowing each voice to be experienced in a way that feels natural rather than repetitive.

Throughout the afternoon, guided CONNECT sessions create space for  conversation. These moments are intentionally structured so relationships can begin without the pressure of traditional networking.

The experience closes with a hosted happy hour designed to continue the conversations and connections that started earlier in the day. It is relaxed, professional, and meant to feel like an extension of the day.

What Attendees Walk Away With

By the end of the day, instead of wondering whether someone will translate well onto your stage, you will have seen how they command a room, how they communicate, and how their message resonates with an audience.

Most importantly, you walk away with clarity. Not a stack of business cards, not a folder full of links, but real insight into who fits your organization and where you may want to go next. And if you are looking for support with your event production, you'll have information on that as well!

What Attendees Walk Away With

By the end of the afternoon, attendees leave with something that is often missing from the booking process: firsthand experience.

Instead of wondering whether someone will translate well onto your stage, you will have seen how they hold a room, how they communicate, and how their message lands with a live audience. Many attendees also leave with new ideas about how professional development and events can feel more intentional and less transactional.

Most importantly, you walk away with clarity. Not a stack of business cards, not a folder full of links, but real insight into who fits your organization and where you may want to go next.

Who are the speakers?

Our lineup features an incredible array of speakers who will share their unique experiences and insights on resilience, personal growth, and overcoming adversity. Each speaker will have 6 minutes to captivate the audience with their message, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for all attendees.

How do I register for the event?

To register, simply complete the application process and pay the application fee of $175. This fee includes a VoiceQuest Agency membership valid until December 31, 2025. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this inspiring event!

What is the selection process for speakers?

We will select ten applicants to speak on stage. The selected speakers will be announced during the event itself, adding an element of surprise and excitement! You’ll find out if you’ve been chosen when your name is called on stage.

About VoiceQuest Agency

VoiceQuest Agency supports HR and L&D professionals, conference organizers, nonprofit event teams, executive leaders, organizations and universities through speaker discovery, custom professional development experiences, and strategic event design. Some partners work with VoiceQuest Agency to identify the right keynote voice for a single event, while others collaborate on larger experiences that include panels, workshops, or fully produced gatherings. The work spans corporate environments, leadership retreats, nonprofit fundraising events, and professional conferences. VoiceQuest CONNECT exists as an extension of that work, offering a space where organizations can experience talent live before deciding how they may want to collaborate in the future.
